PROBLEM
Campus services like finding lost items and reporting damaged facilities were often poorly documented. Lost item info could spread manually, while the status of damaged facility reports was difficult to track by students and management alike.
SOLUTION
I designed Campus Care with two approaches. The web version manages the Lost & Found service and facility reports, while the mobile app is focused on helping students report facility issues and practically monitor their progress.
